Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has been awarded 'ServiceMark' accreditation by the Institute of Customer Service.

The national standard was granted in recognition of HTB's commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

In its appraisal, the independent assessor said: “During the assessment, it was evident to me that commitment to delivering excellent customer service runs deep through all parts of the business and is used to differentiate themselves in a highly competitive marketplace.”

ServiceMark is awarded based on satisfaction feedback and an assessment of how well employees engage with their company's customer service strategy.

Mark Sismey-Durrant, chief executive officer at Hampshire Trust Bank, said: “We are delighted to have received accreditation from the Institute of Customer Service.

“As a specialist bank, we are focused on building strong business relationships with our customers and are committed to further developing and improving the customer service that we provide.”
